Ms. Smith previously practiced in Wisconsin where she was a named partner in a boutique business law firm.

Ms. Smith’s multifaceted experience and extensive work with business owners, developers and lenders affords to her clients the benefit of her broad understanding of the numerous aspects of a particular transaction.
