Mr. Metcalf has close to twenty years of experience representing the interests of insurers, reinsurers, and commercial entities in a wide range of legal matters. His practice includes insurance coverage litigation and counseling, commercial, corporate and business litigation, representation of insureds and self-insureds in contract and tort-related claims, and defense of professional liability claims. He has conducted and defended hundreds of depositions and argued over a hundred substantive motions in state and federal court. During his career, Mr. Metcalf has been involved in litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country and has significant experience litigating coverage disputes overseas.

In 2010, Mr. Metcalf used Law Promo's help to create a brand identity and web presence for his startup law firm in New Jersey.
