Custom Website Design Features

Below is a list of the standard features that come with every custom Law Promo website.

Interactive Mockup Design Stage
Law Promo's interactive mockup design stage begins with a series of questions to gather information about your law firm and your design preferences.  Once we have your input, our designers create a mockup image of a design that we feel will be effective for your firm and market area, and we then send it to you for review and feedback.  We are able to generate further mockup rounds and make changes as needed until we arrive upon a final design that has your full satisfaction.  We allow unlimited revision rounds in our mockup stage, and only once we have your final approval on the mockup do we move on and convert it into a coded website.
Stock Photography & Graphics
Custom graphics and professional quality stock photography is included with your website purchase.  Our designers will choose images and create graphics that they feel will be effective for your firm's website during the mockup round, and you will have the opportunity to review and request modifications.  Our stock photo library is extensive, and we are able to meet most general requests, such as location photos of your area.  You may also submit your own photos to us for use on the website if desired, so long as they are taken by your firm or are licensed for web use.
Search Engine Optimization
During construction your new website will be fully search optimized.  At Law Promo we are experts in law firm search engine optimization, and we will do everything we can in structure and coding to ensure your website will be as visible as possible to all major search engines.  If you would like to request that we optimize for specific keyword phrases we are able to work with your list; otherwise, our programmers will choose effective phrases based upon your content, practice areas, and geographical location.  Optimization techniques include content optimization, h1 and h2 tags, internal linking, page titles, SEO-friendly URLs, URL canonicalization, meta tags, and sitemaps.  We also include a link to your website from our portfolio once it is launched, which provides an additional SEO boost.
Content Management System

One Year of Hosting & Maintenance
We include a year of our hosting and maintenance plan with your website purchase.  This plan includes reliable website hosting (99.9% uptime), hacker and virus protection, ongoing search engine optimization service, and unlimited website content changes and updates (not including graphic design work).  Maintenance covers all typical work that law firms require to keep their websites up to date, such as updating attorney profiles, adding firm news or documents to the site, or even adding new pages.  We are able to meet most maintenance requests within 1-2 business days, and give priority treatment to urgent requests.
